3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 10 days
  • Express Shipping: 5 days
  • International Shipping: Available for select locations  14-21 days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across Australia and selected international locations.
  • We endeavour to find local printers near you to cut down on costs and shipping time.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through the provided carrier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at admin@safety4work.com.au.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
