If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, particularly for custom or personalized orders.
Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
✅ Your item arrives damaged due to shipping.
✅ There is a printing defect or manufacturing fault.
✅ You receive an incorrect item due to our error.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds if:
❌ You change your mind after purchase.
❌ You ordered the wrong size, design, or specifications.
❌ The poster has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
